Key Programme Terms (Summary)

The following is a summary of the principal terms of the DAWN JON Inc. Institutional Member Referral Programme. Full terms will be published here by DAWN JON Inc. and will supersede this summary.

Eligibility

The Referral Programme is open to verified institutional members of DAWN JON Inc. with an active membership in good standing.

Commission Rate

Members earn a flat 10% commission on DAWN JON Inc.'s charges for any engagement completed with a client introduced through their unique referral link. The same flat rate applies across all service categories — there are no tiers.

Commission Trigger

A commission is earned when DAWN JON Inc. issues an invoice to the referred client and that invoice is paid in full. No commission is earned on unpaid or cancelled invoices.

Payout

Commissions are paid in cash by DAWN JON Inc. to the referring member, separately and independently of any transaction with the referred client. The referral commission is not a discount to the client.

Payout Threshold

Accumulated unpaid commissions are paid out once the member's balance reaches USD 100. DAWN JON Inc. will contact the member to arrange payment at that point.

No Guarantee

Introduction of a prospective client does not guarantee that DAWN JON Inc. will accept the engagement or that a commission will be earned.
